User Accounts
Certain features of GetMyStore require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and restricting unauthorized access to your account. Any activity performed using your account will be considered your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, API credentials, authentication methods, and any other account access information. GetMyStore shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to adequately secure your account.
Subscription Services
Certain features of GetMyStore are available only through paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges associated with your selected plan. Continued access to premium services depends upon maintaining an active subscription in good standing.
Billing
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected billing cycle. By providing a payment method, you authorize GetMyStore and its payment providers to charge all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and additional charges incurred through your account.
Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled before the renewal date, subscriptions may automatically renew using your selected payment method. It is your responsibility to review your subscription status and cancel recurring billing if you no longer wish to continue using the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use GetMyStore only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, distribute malware, send unsolicited communications, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use GetMyStore to sell prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise restricted goods or services. You may not upload malicious software, attempt to bypass security measures, misuse APIs, scrape platform data, or perform activities that could disrupt, damage, or negatively affect our services or other users.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store, including products, descriptions, images, branding, and customer information. However, by using GetMyStore, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, display, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving our services.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content published through your account. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use all uploaded content and that such content does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
Intellectual Property
All software, source code, platform functionality, trademarks, logos, branding, designs, graphics, documentation, and other proprietary materials provided by GetMyStore remain the exclusive property of GetMyStore or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of our platform without prior written permission.
Artificial Intelligence Features
GetMyStore may provide AI-powered tools to assist with product descriptions, SEO recommendations, content generation, business insights, and other automated features. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only and should be independently reviewed before publication or business use. GetMyStore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party payment providers, shipping services, domain registrars, analytics providers, marketing tools, artificial intelligence services, APIs, plugins, and other external platforms. GetMyStore does not own or control these third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, content, privacy practices, security, or performance. Your use of such services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, GetMyStore does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from delays. Scheduled maintenance, software updates, technical issues, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect the availability or performance of the platform.
